Hi Katelynn! I'm Sarah!
I am here to help you out by giving some critique!

Let's start off with:
Blending: I think you have a very good handle on this. Your banners are proof of that! They're really pretty and flow very well for the most part! But watch out for when you blend people against a blank background like in
this sig there's too much of a halo around the girls and it seems tooo ghosty, soft looking. I'm noticing that in some of your other graphics as well. So try to work more on clean cuts. Take your time with blending. It's not a race. You don't need to rush!
image quality: From what I can tell, your icons are really good with image quality. but on some of your banners like
these the image quality is low. It may be the images you're using but try to find those bigger, HQ images. And be careful when resizing. The sharpen and blur tools are nice but don't over use them. Like
this blend is almost too blurry. and you use sort of a painted effect which is cool but remember you want to keep a balanced graphic with clean images.
placement as far as placement of characters goes, you have a good handle on this. Icons are trickier with placement because it relies more on cuts especially with people. With people icons, you can go outside the box and get really creative with your cuts. but remember, don't cut off the entire face or the nose like in your mary kate/ashley icons, the second row, first one in. her nose is cut off, making her cut seem awkward. you don't want that. so it may be better to move her over so you see the whole face. But you have a good start on that, so just play a bit with cuts and try to ask yourself, "Is this distracting or awkward in any way? If so, what can i do to fix it yet maintain creativity?"
One thing I notice in your sigs, is you tend to center people. Centering isn't a bad thing but try to have some variety. Play, experiment more!
Placement of Text what I try to think of with text is a scale. Think balance. Your Dumbledore/Minerva banners are great examples of well placed text. It flows well, nothing is distracting etc.
this banner however has distracting text. the title is far off to the side, almost too far. You don't want your eyes to go instantly to the text. You want to maintain a focal point.
text another thing you can ask yourself with text is, "Can I read it?" There are some sigs in your gallery where text is stacked on top of each other, words behind each other etc. It's great you're thinking creatively but make sure that you can still read the text. Don't make it toooo small that it's hard to read.
And with fonts, especially with blends, try to put most of the text in one simple font and then pick two/one/three words to put in a different larger, font. Try to play more with having words emphasized to help create the focal point.
Coloring: I think your banners are the strongest coloring wise. They flow well together etc. but your blends on the other hand, need more of a flow/balance. Coloring isn't easy but with practice, you'll get there. Try thinking to yourself when looking a graphic you've added coloring layers to, "Does this work well together? Does it flow?"
You have some really good pieces in your gallery! You just need to work on image quality, clean cuts and flow/balance a bit more! It sounds like a lot to work on, but don't worry. It just takes time, practice and patience. The more you practice, the better you become! Challenges/requests/mockquests are great ways to get some practice in.

Let me know if you have any questions at all! I'm always around!
