Congratulations to everyone who got promoted!
Many thanks to the staff mods who helped make the decisions this month!

The list is short, yes, but the ones who made it are very well-deserving. The rest of you know what you have to do - the main issue this month was weird colouring. I mean very very weird. It has been an issue ever since selective colouring was discovered, but it's becoming something that consistently prevents people from getting promoted, no matter how well they've mastered other techniques.
