Hi there, I'm here with your requested gallery critique.
Okay, first of all, you have been improving so much lately! I really wanted to come in here and see what you're up to. And since your most recent stuff is so good, I'm going to recommend getting rid of everything that's older. Basically, if a graphic hasn't helped you get promoted before, it won't now either.
But okay, looking at what you have now...
Blends. First one really shows off those mad cutting/blending skillz. I think you could have sharpened the phone box a bit more, and Katie's parasol seems a bit too white (is it under the coloring layers or on top?), but other than those minor points, this is a great blend. Very good arrangement of images.
Your Linkin Park blend is one of those older ones I'm talking about. It's still good, but I think that texture over the faces (I know you can't get rid of it) is going to mean points off with the admins. So even if you love it and use it for yourself, I would take it out of your gallery for promotions.
Dance blend. I would also take this out, sorry. I don't think the coloring is unified, and the motion blur is kind of strong. Also the sparkle and bird textures are pretty overused and seem pretty random on this blend.
I love the Define Me blend... I might recommend moving the frame and the text together somehow, though. Also sharpen up the frame and maybe a bit more contrast on the woman. But it's a really nice blend anyway.
Sigs. Princess Diaries sig is beautiful, but the painted effect may be a bit too strong.
I would remove the Dance sig. In addition to the coloring and blur issues, the text really doesn't work for me.
The Friends sig is nice, but I think it could use some more contrast and/or coloring work. Not bad though.
I would also remove the Kirsten Dunst sig. The text seems really simplistic, there is some messy blending with the butterflies on her hair and sweater, she could use a sharpen, and ... yeah. You've got better stuff.
Numerical challenge. Keep the MJ sig, get rid of the other one: It's too busy.
Banners. The first one is great, except Peter is kind of too red, and the title text could be a bit better... maybe not so white? Anyway nice animation.
Kiss and Tell is also great, although again I think you could maybe have done something a bit more with the title. Nice though.
Te Amo: Image quality seems off somehow. Maybe oversharpened? The people are a bit too yellow, I think. Text is a bit weird... placement of the title is awkward and makes it hard to read, and the quote I think is too far apart and far away. Also not sure about the font.
Marauderesque: Same thing with the title placement, it's awkward and hard to read. The fonts work well though. I like the amount of paint effect you used on this, it's not too much like on the sig above. The red flowers on the side are kind of distracting, you might have done better with a more low-key stock there.
Chiller. Not a huge fan of that 'icicle' border, nor of the font. I think this would be really pretty with a scripty font. Maybe also increase the contrast some.
Chapter images. The first one is sweet, but almost too plain. The text would work better if it were moved up, I think.
The second one I like better, but again I'd move the text up, and maybe put a drop shadow behind it to make it a bit clearer.
Colorizations. These don't count for promotions, just so you know.
First one is pwnsome. Whatever you did here, do more.
The second one I don't think is nearly as good, I'd even suggest taking it out.
The colors all look really flat and unnatural. Especially compared to the first colorization.
Icons. The single ones all look good to me. The Hermione set has some image quality issues on a couple, but overall it's a nice set. The last set I don't find as good overall. The coloring doesn't really pop, there are some awkward cuts, some of the textures don't really enhance the graphic... yeah, I think maybe you could get a good set of 10 out of it, if that, but you probably don't need the entire large set.
Okay, so overall, I'd say you're doing really well. Your blending looks good, and your image placement and composition are also good. I think you may be going a bit heavy on the effects, and you could probably use a bit more contrast on most things. Also work on your text some more so it's not so simplistic, and think about the placement.
