There is now an area called New Tutorials Here!, which should be pretty self-explanatory. The first topic describes the rather more strict rules for posting tutorials - namely, that your tutorial needs to be useful, not posted just because a) you got promoted and want to make use of your newfound power, or b) it's a pretty graphic that people like. Of course, the latter is still important, just less so.
We're still ironing out the kinks, but please do post tutorials, if you have ideas for them.
One more thing, a number of people helped weed through the old tutorials, taking out ones that were outdated, not helpful, or not up to the standard of that artist's recent style. These have been archived here and divided into two groups. The first is the Recycle Bin - these will be deleted in a few months. If you want it moved back and can make a case for it, then PM myself or a Resource Moderator and do so. The second is the Archive, where old and loved tutorials will be stored permanently - these don't need to be moved back, as we won't be deleting them.
Don't feel bad if your tutorial was removed from the regular sections. A lot of these archived tutorials are at least a year old, and TDA could use some new fresh stuff to work with.
