The background image is up to you, but I wouldn't mind a scenery depicting dawn or dusk. I also would like someting to add a magical touch (light effects or sparkles) Nothing overwhelming, but adds a little bit of flare.

Color Preferences: Not necessarily "dark". But cooler colors (blues and other such dark colors). I am not saying there can not be any warmth, but I want the main color palette to be cooler.
Mood of Your Story: The story is a dark piece with a magical and loving aura around it if that makes sense. Basically there is a silver lining even in the darkest of times.
Animation? If so, how? It may be used, again, up to the artist.
Additional Information: I welcome artist creativity. My story is set in the Marauder's time and I want to use it to explain why Lily's love was able to save harry. My OC character is of elf decent and is both beautiful and dark. She is not evil, but she seems cool and distant to those that don't know her. Her animagus is a crow. My other character that I am using on the banner is supposed to be Lily Evans during her time at Hogwarts and post hogwarts.
