This blur technique is very useful in manipulations and retouches. This filter

not only blurs but gives your graphic and extra kick. Also, this filter

can add a bokeh effect to your image for depth. This can be 

found in the Blur Gallery section located in your Filters.

There are five options in Blur Gallery: Field Blur, Iris Blur,

Tilt-shift Blur, Path Blur, and Spin Blur.

Today we'll talk about the

Tilt-shift blur.

1. Go to Filter > Blur Gallery > Tilt-Shift.

You'll have an extra menu come up and you'll have the following show up on your screen.





2. After you've edited to your like, press ENTER.




If you're looking to blur your background to bring more attention to

your intended model, then this filter works like a charm. Here are other examples
